As a professional in the field of entertainment, it is difficult to enjoy the 2011 Super Bowl halftime entertainment. In the past, artists like Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney and WHO have captivated audiences and set the bar very high. The Black Eyed Peas created a poor performance and the issuance of a very forgettable halftime.
The biggest flaw with the show at halftime, was completely beyond the control of the executive, Audio! The technician or engineer who led the microphones failed. The singers were sometimes very strong and at other times of the microphones were not even consulted. The mixture of voices and music were not pleasant. The music volume was significantly less than the voice, which makes the poor performance stand out even more.
Choreography and performance was very well thought out. Dancers on the ground and the stadium lights shine. Dallas Cowboy Stadium was the perfect host, well-played Super Bowl. I like music, Black Eyed Peas, Usher and Slash, but consider the results of the Super Bowl half time shows the residual acid tone in my ears. Perhaps the artist (s) who has opted for the show next year to spend some ‘time to explore some of the incredible recent performances in half the time it seems that Michael Jackson in 1993, U2 in 2002, the Rolling Stones 2006, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in 2008.
